  • Transactional messages and support history

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you:

  • Submit a booking or contact form
  • Complete checkout through Stripe
  • Use pages that load booking configuration and platform functionality
  • Provide address information used for service qualification and routing

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate CrateOps and support operator reservations, including to:

  • Process and confirm reservations
  • Support delivery and pickup coordination workflows
  • Determine service eligibility and route logistics
  • Send confirmations, reminders, receipts, and support responses
  • Maintain booking, inventory, accounting, and tax records
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, failed transactions, or unauthorized access

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. CrateOps does not store full payment card numbers on platform servers. Stripe may provide limited payment metadata (for example status, totals, taxes, and transaction identifiers) so bookings can be matched and recorded.

5. Communications

When a booking is submitted, contact details may be used for transactional communications such as confirmation, scheduling, support, and payment-related updates.

6. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably required to operate the platform and booking workflows. This may include:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Supabase for data storage and records
  • Email providers for transactional messages
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers used to operate the platform
  • Mapping, geocoding, or routing providers used for address lookup and mileage estimation
  • Professional advisors or authorities when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Address and Service Data

Address information may be used to determine service area coverage, estimate distance, support scheduling, and maintain booking records. Address data may be sent to routing or geocoding services when needed.

8. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Analytics

CrateOps pages may use standard logs, limited browser storage, and operational analytics to support functionality, maintain sessions, measure performance, and diagnose issues.
